The spark in Chiang Mai

In a small corner of the city, the first tasting of butterfly pea flower marked a strong moment: the feeling of being in the right place at the right time. Pairing this flower with local white tea soon became obvious, a way to reinvent iced tea through color.

The light of California

Lemon quickly revealed itself as essential! It is the key that transforms blue into violet! Later, California gave this ritual an even deeper meaning. Its organic lemons, bright and iconic in American lemonades, extend the magic that began in Thailand and create a natural link between two worlds.

Traditionally, butterfly pea is paired with lime in Thailand. Yet it seemed important to us to highlight another emblematic fruit. We chose the Californian lemon, a true symbol of American lemonades. A nod that connects the freshness of Thai tea hills with the sunlight of the Pacific coast.

Two lands, one vision

From Thailand to California, each territory brings its own touch to the ritual: the delicacy of tea and flowers on one side, the freshness of lemons on the other. In a simple carafe, the two worlds meet and give birth to a complete experience.
